Course Review: John “Cash” Locke’s “Subject To, Thats What I Do!”

John "Cash" Locke is one of the best Investors and Subject To trainers I have had the pleasure to know and follow in his steps. To date, he has done more than 500 subject 2 transactions and has students all over the country.

For those of you who never heard of "Cash", it is most likely because he keeps a low key and does not travel around selling his course from front of the room. Well, at least not that I know of I could be wrong

John’s specialty is Subject-To investing and his course covers it in good details, from the paperwork, to the process, to locating such properties.

Quick disclaimer though: I am a student of Cash, and I always exchange emails and calls with him. I will not let that however impact my review of him, and he may not like it anyway

Anyway, as far as John’s character, he is a stand up guy and extremely helpful. Before I became a student of his, when I asked him a question on an online forum, he asked me to call him and he answered all my questions over the phone. to be honest to you, that what made me buy his course.

Now if you buy his course directly from him, you get life time support, and his personal cell phone number to call upon if you have questions (not sure if that still happening, check with him. and he only offers it if you buy from him directly!). He also have private forum for his students. All at no extra charge, just by buying his course.

About his course:

Something that is unique about John’s course is that he has scripted presentation, word for word, to have with motivated sellers. The technique is very effective, but you need to practice giving it.

The course goes through the details of subject to and motivation behind the sellers. He talks about his Demographic marketing method to find subject 2 deals, some of the deals he has done, some pitfalls and so forth.

What I did not like about the course is that darn DING sign every time he turns a page! the other issue people may have is that it is not professionally recorded but the material is good. I have heard from many who followed his steps and bought houses. I own few thanks to him. One deal I was weary of that I talked to him about and convinced me to go through with it made me $36k even though the house had only $16K spread.

Frankly, if he still provides his support it is more than worth the money.
