These are my recommended resources. I will continue updating this list and add/remove to it as my experience change. I will be adding more print shops once I get their permission, and I am thinking of adding recommended misc services but debating if they belong on a Marketing website.

Highly Recommended Books I have selected from my book shelves the books I strongly believe you should read. There is no specific order of importance.
The Ultimate Sales Letter	A Dan Kennedy Book, and one of the better books that cover the elements of the sales letter.
The Ultimate Marketing Plan	Another Dan Kennedy Book covering marketing topics, another must have
Hypnotic Writing	Joe Vitale, in this book, does a great job teaching how to write effective sales letters. I really like this book.
The E-Myth Revisited	Michael Gerber is one of the best known Business building personalities. His E-Myth series teach you how to approach business and how to work on the business not in it. This is a general business book, I believe everyone should read.
Sold!: Direct Marketing For The Real Estate Pro	I was debating if I should add this book to the must have collection… I like the book and how it covers marketing topics. I decided to include it because many of you want more details. I would use this book with combination with the others. Over all, good Real Estate marketing book that I like.
The Closers	This is a negotiation book. It is one of the best written and covers just about every close you may need. It is a must read.
The Closers 2	This is the second book, a follow up to The Closers.
Secrets Of Closing The Sale	Oh Zig Ziglar is the number one sales person. This book is classic one that teach sales techniques. It might be at higher level (not as detailed as some of you may want it to be), but if you are serious about being a salesperson (aren’t we all?) you should read it.
Think And Grow Rich	Think And Grow Rich is a must read. It should be read once a year just to keep you focused and motivated. It is a self-help book, not a real estate book. Highly recommended.
Rich Dad Poor Dad	I think everyone have heard, if not read this book. If you have not, get it and read it. Kiyosaki does a good job explaining his points in this book. Another must have
The Millionaire Real Estate Agent	A book by one of the founders of Keller Williams. This is a very good book for agents, and I strongly believe it should be read by both Agents and Investors.
The Millionaire Real Estate Investor	Another book by one of the founders of Keller Williams. This is a very good book for agents, and I strongly believe it should be read by both Agents and Investors.
The Champion Real Estate Agent	Oh what an excellent book for agents… I really like this book. You should get it
The Champion Real Estate Team	This is a follow up book dealing specifically with team building and growing the team from one to more than one person. Another must have!

Highly Recommended Hosting Companies These are the three highly reputable hosting companies. They offer very affordable hosting, domain names, and more. I use one of them and if I change, I would change to one of the other two. I have linked directly to their coupons so I don’t have to update their specials.
	This is where I am currently hosting my websites. I have had some issues with them before, but nothing serious and they solve them quickly. I like the administration interface because it is easy to use.
	Another excellent and reliable web hosting company. I have not used their hosting yet but I plan on setting up my next website here. I do host few domain names on it and once you get past their main page, the interface is very friendly.I hear great things about them as well, and all those who use them are happy
	Another excellent hosting company that for some reason fewer people know about it. They should advertise more. They are very competitive and I know many of their customers. Very reliable.

Recommended Print shops This is a very short list of some of the print shops that I use. I do have few others that I will add to it.  I usually check one of the sites on this page for best deal then order. I have linked to their specials here as well.
	Vista Print is one of the cheapest places to order from and they have many templates to use from Business Cards, to Post Cards and more.
	Another website I checkout before I order. Each site will have different pricing based on quantities, and they usually run specials.
	Another excellent print shop, I like them.
